How long does it take to receive my goods once I receive the dispatch email?
You will receive a dispatch email into your inbox if you have provided the correct email address when your goods are on their way. This is a convenient way for you to click on the tracking link at any time and see where your goods are. For metro areas you will usually receive in 24-48 hours. Outside of metro areas allow 2-3 days, with Perth approx 4 days. Please note these are average delivery times and Australia Post can take longer than these averages.
Do you send with Australia Post?
We send with Australia Post and Eparcel. Exceptional service, with a fast delivery time and most importantly the safest. Signature will be required upon receipt unless otherwise selected at checkout. If you are not home, a card will be left for you to collect at the nearest Post Office. If you would like you parcel left at your front door if no one is home, please select authority to leave at checkout. But please be aware that we are not liable for goods lost/stolen once delivered. Good idea to get delivered to your work, where you or a receptionist can sign for if you will not be home. PO Boxes are also fine for this service if you prefer.

How do I know which colour foundation to buy?
If you are new to a foundation we suggest you locate a salon near you to get colour coded. If you are having trouble locating a salon near you, call us and we will happily assist you. Can I add a product to my order after my order has been placed?
If your order is not in the hands of Australia Post we can certainly add a product to your order. We will take credit card payment over the phone, or you can purchase the item online and we will combine your orders. Call us to add a product onto your order 1300 455 792
