Whilst Australia Post are running on time, there may be instances where your parcel is delayed 1-2 days.

"Despite an increase in airline capacity in many destinations, COVID-19 is still impacting delivery service expectations. The USA is being heavily impacted by high volumes through their facilities and civil unrest in addition to COVID-19. Japan Post are also seeing significant delays to their standard service.

Notwithstanding our best endeavours, it is therefore likely that some items will take longer than the stated delivery times and we ask for your understanding. We will be closely monitoring our delivery performance against these new standards to ensure we continue to provide you with realistic delivery timeframes. For the latest information about delays and impacts please visit auspost.com.au."

Dear Skin Matrix Community,

We hope you are all safe and well. As the COVID-19 situation continues to develop, we want to keep you updated on the enhanced measures we are taking at Skin Matrix to ensure the safety of our customers, employees and dispatch area. We will continue to post updates on this dedicated COVID-19 Response Page along with any Australia Post updates as they arrive to us. Hygiene is of top priority and we would like to share the additional measures we are taking due to the current situation.

Online Shopping: We are very much still open for business and are trading as per normal with no issues currently with any supply chain. You can shop online and enjoy free delivery for orders over $99. If you are in Newcastle, our retail shop is still open for product purchases. You can also purchase online and select click and collect option. 

Hygiene: We have implemented social distancing at our dispatch area in Newcastle with our team working from separate rooms to keep our staff as safe as possible and well and minimise risk. Enhanced cleaning measures are in place to ensure safety while orders are being packed, as well as the provision of gloves and masks to all staff. All of our team are well and are strictly following the Government and WHO guidelines regarding self-isolation at any signs of illness.

Treatments with Sarah: Facials in both Sydney and Newcastle are in normal operation.

Deliveries: Aus Post has implemented social distancing deliveries. They no longer require a signature of delivery or collection be it at a post office or residence. Their team will continue to record your name and delivery on their handheld device. They will continue to do their best to serve your communities during this difficult time. 

We will share updates with you as the situation progresses. Your safety is our priority and we thank you as always for your continued support.
