So what is a CC Cream?? We were all just getting used to BB Cream and this new term has just sneakily snuck in the back door. It stands for colour control cream or colour correcting cream and is a refined blemish balm cream (BB cream). BB Cream was originally formulated in Germany and has in recent years gained popularity in Asia, and is also gaining popularity through Europe and North America.

CC cream is widely used in Asia to provide natural-looking skin coverage. While BB Cream was manufactured primarily as a skincare product, CC cream was developed to retain all the skincare benefits of BB Cream with added nourishing ingredients and the additional aim to provide more effective skin coverage. CC cream was formulated with technology originating in Japan and further developed in Korea. Some users find the CC Cream to have a lighter texture than BB Cream, which allows for smoother application with a less oily finish. Jane iredale has had a CC cream for many years already. It goes by the name of Dream Tint. Osmosis also has a popular CC Cream now.

The Jane Iredale dream tint has beneficial skincare ingredients like Willow Bark Extract, White Tea Leaf Extract, CoQ10, and Hyalauronic Acid and many more. It has a sheerer coverage to the jane iredale bb cream and a matte finish. It has an SPF rating of 15. Purchase jane iredale's BB cream or CC Cream

Jane iredale's dream tint available in 5 shades as well as 2 skin brighteners and 1 bronzer.

Jane iredale's BB Cream provides a more dewy finish and a heavier coverage. SPF rating of 25. Available in 6 shades.
