Loyalty Program

  • There is no minimum order amount you need to order to be entitled to your discount.
  • Our Loyalty Program is automatically calculated through ONLINE ORDERS ONLY.

  • You don't have to fill in any forms, create a password, or do any registration. You're automatically added once your first order is placed and recorded under your e-mail address.
  • The discount is automatically calculated at the checkout page (not in the shopping cart) after entry of your email address.

  • We will price match any other Australian Approved Online Retailer.

Delivery Information

  • We use Australia Post EParcel for all orders. This is one of the safest and most secure methods of sending goods today. 
  • You can expect delivery to metro areas with Eparcel between 1-3 business days. Allow up to 5-7 business days for rural areas.

Eparcel Orders

  • Orders placed before 10am will be dispatched same day for in stock items
  • If no one is home, a note will be left for you to collect at your local post office. You can also click on "subscribe" link with in your tracking email from Auspost to track your item at any time
  • A signature is required for all our orders sent, unless an authority to leave is mentioned with your order

Express Orders:

  • Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched same day for in stock items

For All Orders:

  • You will receive a tracking email once the item has been dispatched where you can track the progress of your item
  • If you wish for your order to be left in a secure location eg: front door, please advise us of this in the comments sections at checkout. Please note: If you take this option – Skin Matrix is NOT LIABLE for lost orders once delivered.
  • We recommend that if you work throughout delivery times, send the article to your work – this is a very convenient option for you.
  • International orders will be sent Australia Post Registered.

Our Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your product choice and want to return your items, no problems!

  • We accept returns 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product MUST NOT be opened, used or damaged in any way
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Your receipt must be with the returned item
  • We do not reimburse return postal costs unless the item is being returned due to an error of Skin Matrix.
  • Once a returned item has been accepted we will issue a refund using the same method you originally paid for the item. All returns are processed then a new order will be created. Due to fair trading laws we are unable to offer an exchange.
  • If the returned product brings the original order below the free shipping threshold of $99, postage charge of $8 will be payable.
  • Please email Sarah at sarah@skinmatrix.com.au to advise her you are returning your product.
  • Once we have accepted the return via email, please post the item(s) using Registered Mail as we are not liable for your returned item(s) lost in transit. Post the product with your order docket to:

  • Must include receipt in your return
  • We only accept returns for orders placed through www.skinmatrix.com.au website
  • Once the item has been returned and accepted we will issue a refund using the same method originally purchased.
  • We do not give credit notes
  • It is the responsibility of the sender to provide tracking information for the returned item.
  • Skin Matrix is not liable for lost or stolen product being returned for a refund

We do not offer refunds/returns for:

  • Devices bought through another seller
  • Packages missing hardware components
  • Products returned with no valid receipt
  • Shipping charges (if any)
  • Products returned outside the 30 calender day period from the date of purchase
  • Products damaged in transit upon receipt of return. It is up to the sender to pack the product securely.

Warranty

Every device comes with a 6 month warranty cover manufacture related problems resulting from normal usage.
An extended 1 year warranty is available for purchase (must be purchased before the original 6 month warranty had expired) by emailing us here.

Please note we do not offer repairs/replacements or warranty on the following;

  • Products purchased, new or used, from unauthorized distributors or through unauthorized distribution channels
  • Products purchased more 6 months ago (unless an extended 1 year warranty was purchased)
  • Packages missing hardware components
  • Products returned without a valid itemized receipt or copy of a bank statement
  • Damages due to misuse, improper maintenance or repair, using alternate voltage source, or unauthorized modifications
  • If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service department at 1300 455 792.

Please allow 7-14 business days for testing and shipment of replacement/repaired device. If your device is received in working condition, it will be shipped back to you as is.

Please retain your proof of purchase as it is required for all refunds and returns.
