As a person with very fair skin and lots of freckles, I had two main reasons for trying IPL. Firstly, I am really keen to prevent skin cancer and having had two solar keritosis (sun spots) removed from my face, I was keen to treat my sun damaged skin before it had a chance to progress into more sun spots of worse, over the next few years and beyond. Secondly, I am tired of having so many freckles at my age (38) and so I decided to try IPL to even out the skin tone on my face, it is already working after two treatments! It seems as though my freckles are disappearing and I am so glad to know that any underlying sun damage that I had accumulated is now ‘removed’ and wont progress into anything severe…I can recommend Skin Matrix IPL to anyone who wants to prevent sun damage from progressing or for evening out skin tone in such a way that skin looks noticeably more healthy and fresh.

Having skin that is not only clear of acne but actually glows makes me feel great!

I was a long term sufferer of adult acne and frustratingly, I have tried everything available to cure my skin condition, from a long course of Roaccutane to antibiotics, glycolic acids peels, dermabrasion and Retin-A. When I became pregnant, I could no longer use Retin A so I needed to find the best skin treatments on the market that didn't involve medication. I was introduced to Sarah from Skin Matrix through a trusted skin specialist, Janet Manly.  Sarah created a skin program for me that combined Janet's products (which are excellent) with Sarah's Skin Matrix techniques (which are also excellent!)  The results are incredible, my skin is completely clear, even through the hormonal ups and downs of pregnancy! The Skin matrix program worked for me, it did take about 6 months but I now have skin that I am proud of and I don't need to take medication. I recommend Sarah and Skin Matrix to anyone who wants to have beautiful skin.

I have had problematic skin for most of my life, nothing too bad, but enough to effect my self-esteem. I tried lots of different products including proactive, Clinique and various supermarket products. I always brought products for oily skin as I had been told on a number of occasions that was my problem. But you guessed it, nothing worked.
