How does price drop work?

  • Would you like to be the first to know when your favourite product has a price drop? If so, enter your email address on the product page you wish to receive the alert for.
  • As soon as your product has a price drop (ie goes on sale usually within 1-3 weeks) you will receive an email advising you of the price drop. If you do not receive an email this would indicate your price drop is too low and will not be made active.
  • Please note the price drop will be valid for 5-7 days only
  • Skin Matrix will not use your email address from entering into our price drop for any other marketing purposes
  • Don't worry if you miss your price drop, you can enter your email in again

Price Match

  • Our Best Price Guarantee must be approved via email prior to your purchase.
  • If you see a product that is cheaper than our listed price, email us at sales@skinmatrix.com.au or catch us on live chat stating:
  1. the product name and brand
  2. the website that you want us to price match to
