POSTAGE, HANDLING AND DELIVERY
* All items will be sent in Express Post packaging ensuring privacy.
* As all items are sent by Express Post, please only give a street address, NOT a PO Box.
* You will be required to sign upon delivery of your products. If noone is there at the time of delivery, a delivery note will be left so you can pick up your products from your local post office at your convenience.
* Deliveries are between normal working hours.
* If the product is in stock your order will be sent within 2 working days, otherwise within 4 working days.

*Please choose all of your items carefully as we have a strict no return policy.
*Skin Matrix does not accept the responsibility or return of a product due to wrong choice. Please choose you makeup carefully as we cannot guarantee that the colour you choose from the website will match the colour you receive.
*If in doubt, please order a sample kit first to determine your right colour.
