Cream to Powders give you a choice of 3 in 1 pot.

APPLICATION
*Apply with the Eyeliner/Brow Brush or Detail Brush.
*Can be worn as a thin line or smudged.
*For a dramatic eye use the jewel box all over the eyelid and put the 24 Karat Gold shimmer on top.
*Be sure to apply to as close to the lashes as possible, this makes them look longer and thicker.
