We ship Jane Iredale products only to customers within Australia or to customers within such other countries that are not currently serviced by an exclusive Jane Iredale Distributor. *If your products are damaged through postage and handling you must notify Skin Matrix within 48
hours and post the damaged goods back to us at our clinic address within 7 working days. Upon receipt of the damaged goods we will post out your replacement good(s).
