Delivery Charges

Skin Matrix offers FREE POSTAGE for orders over $90 Australia Wide. International Freight is charged at a flat rate of $18.

Our Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your product choice and want to return your items, no problems!

• We accept returns 14 days from the date of purchase.

• The product MUST NOT be opened, used or damaged in any way

• Must be in original packaging

• Your receipt must be with the returned item

• Faulty Products: please email Sarah at the below email advising of the faulty product.

• We do not reimburse return postal costs unless the item is faulty

• Once a returned item has been accepted you can either receive a credit note to put towards your next purchase or a refund using the same method you originally paid for the item.

Delivery Information

We generally post items within 24 hours unless the item is not in stock where dispatch will be approx 2-3 days. We use Australia Post EParcel for all orders. This is one of the safest and most secure methods of sending goods today.

• You will receive a tracking email once the item has been dispatched where you can track the progress of your item

• If no one is home, a note will be left for you to collect at your local post office

• A signature is required for all our orders sent

• If you wish for your order to be left in a secure location eg: front door, please advise us of this in the comments sections at checkout. Please note: If you take this option – Skin Matrix is NOT LIABLE for lost orders once delivered.

• We recommend that if you work throughout delivery times, send the article to your work – this is a very convenient option for you.

• International orders will be sent Australia Post Registered.
