How long does it normally take to dispatch my goods?

If you order on a Monday, Tuesday, or Friday before 1pm, your order will be processed and sent the same day. If you order on a Wednesday or Thursday your order will be sent within 24 hours as I run a Skin Clinic on those days. Skin Matrix is well stocked on all ranges, but if your product is out of stock allow an extra 24 hours.

For the Botanical Blessings Range, if the product is out of stock, please allow approx 2-3 days as we like to hold small quantities of this range as there are no preservatives in the product and we get our stock made fresh so you can guarantee that the product recieved is of top quality.

How long does it take to receive my goods once I receive the dispatch email?

You will receive a dispatch email into your inbox if you have provided the correct email address when your goods are on their way. This is a convenient way for you to click on the link at any time and see where your goods are. For metro areas you will usually receive the next day, max 48 hours. Outside of metro areas allow 2-3 days, with Perth approx 4 days.

Do you send with Australia Post?

We send with the Business Center of Australia Post - Eparcel. Exceptional service, the fastest delivery time and most importantly the safest. It is not Express Post in the yellow satchels, it is an express courier service where a signature will be required upon receipt. If you are not home, a card will be left for you to collect at the nearest Post Office. If you would like you parcel left at your front door if no one is home, please specifiy in the comments section when checking out. But please be aware that we are not liable for goods lost/stolen once delivered. Good idea to get delivered to your work, where you or a receptionist can sign for. PO Boxes are totally fine for this service if you prefer.

Can I come and see the products first hand?

You certainly can. Wednesdays and Thursdays Sarah is in Bondi Junction, Sydney for her Skin Clinic. Times book up very quickly, so it is a must that you prearrange an appointment with her. Call Sarah on 0417 404 700 to arrange either a complimentary 15 minute consultation to view the products of choice or a 30 minute consultation if you would like Sarah to give you a thorough Skin Diagnosis. Cost is $50 which is redeemable against product purchase.
